Description

Fixed a few issues with the IV Hydrograph Legend and implemented Vue rendered DV Hydrograph Legend. As part of this MR, I removed the old D3 marker and legend rendering code. After making a pull request

  • If appropriate, put the link to the PR in the JIRA ticket
  • Assign someone to review unless the change is trivial
  • Check the accessibility CI step and fix or explain any issues.
