Description

Implementing the intrapage navigator and some stylings to get things looking close to how we want. Heaaders that would need to be placed within a vue component (such as the chnange data types shown) have been temporarily placed above the entire component. Removed accordions where possible.

  • If appropriate, put the link to the PR in the JIRA ticket
  • Assign someone to review unless the change is trivial
  • Check the accessibility CI step and fix or explain any issues.
