WASP-420: Add Legend Below Search and Filter Map

Before making a pull request

• Run all tests (make test)
• Update the changelog appropriately
• If making a release, update code.json metadataLastUpdated and bump CHANGELOG.md to next version.

Description

Display a legend below the map that indicates what the different markers on the map will represent.
