WASP-423: Display Markers on Search and Filter Map

Description

This is to add the custom icons as markers on the map. It is using pre-defined latitude and longitude points for placing each marker. The major work will come once the API is ready for dynamically displaying markers.

After making a pull request

  • If appropriate, put the link to the PR in the JIRA ticket
  • Assign someone to review unless the change is trivial
  • Check the accessibility CI step and fix or explain any issues.
