Search and Filter - Add More Search Filters Component Tests

Before making a pull request

Not related to a JIRA tickets

Adding some tests to handle coverage that was missing for the SearchFilters.test.js.

Assigning to @mbucknell because I don't know if this is considered trivial or needs to be reviewed.
