Description

Removed the remaining uses of hydrographParameters by using the new Pinia store, availableIvDataStore. Many of the changes were simply removing hydrographParameters from the test suite. The map component was using hydrographParameters to get the latest gage height value and that was replaced with the appropriate calls to availableIvDataStore.
