Bumps uswds from 2.10.1 to 2.10.2.

Release notes

Sourced from uswds's releases.

2.10.2

What’s new in USWDS 2.10.2

Bugfixes and updates

Fixed SVG4Everybody compatibility. Now USWDS javascript will compile properly with Babel. Now you should be able to use uswds.js or uswds.min.js in a React app without any problems. Thanks @aduth!

Fixed a flash of unstyled content in extended header megamenu. Now there won't be a flash of megamenu content while the USWDS javascript loads. (Note: This requires uswds-init.)

Added more white icon variants. Added white icon variants for add, remove, and expand_more so teams can have accessible icon color combinations on dark backgrounds, especially in the accordion and the top navigation.

More consistently use theme text and link colors across components. Improved our use of $theme-text- and $theme-link- color settings in components and variants like usa-dark-background and usa-section--dark.

Dependencies

Updates snyk from 1.439.1 to 1.467.0

0 vulnerabilities in regular dependencies (dependencies for USWDS projects installed with npm install uswds)

5 low, 2 high vulnerabilities in devDependencies (development dependencies)
