Added docs

Created and filled out rst files for the docs.

Deleted an old file in src/fluvial-particle, UserDefinedParticles.py.

Added mamba to requirements.dev, though building with nox -s docs-build requires mamba from the conda-forge channel; may require a requirements.yml
