Gitlab-ci working now

McDonald, Richard R. requested to merge rmcd/fluvparticle:ci-tests into main

@alexprescott_email.arizona.edu the gitlab-ci pipeline is working. Required injecting the DOIRootCA2.crt file and setting variables for Curl, Requests, etc.
