Update expected test results

Replaces the existing test simulation expected output files with ones created using new 3D meshes (!37 (merged))

Before replacing the files, I manually installed vtk=9.1 into my conda env and verified that the simulation output and the existing expected output matched exactly. Then I replaced the files in the same environment. They should pass the tests with vtk=9.2 as well.

@rmcd can you verify that these pass code tests on your machines
