Added notebooks for PI-WRF data processing. Data processing, chunking, and zarr conversion take place in the two notebooks workflows/unpublished-datasets/PI-WRF_daily_climatologies.ipynb and workflows/unpublished-datasets/PI-WRF_seasonal_climatologies.ipynb. The other notebooks probably could be deleted if everything looks good with the zarr datasets and the data processing scripts.
