Finished bcsd_mon_vic processing. Because the variable names are the same for each dataset, I prepended the model name, for example, access1-0_rcp45_r1i1p1 to each variable name, so the variable names start with the model id followed by the existing name of the variable. This follows the same pattern as the other climate model datasets.

NOTE: please ignore the file in the bcca_cmip3/ folder. Only the files in the bcsd_mon_vic folder need review.
