Blodgett, David L. requested to merge WUS_HSP into main

I think I got this one all done -- I made some compromises on naming. The SD_A1B ones have multiple scenarios where the WRF ones do not. I modified variable names where required and did not mess them where they are unique within a given zarr collection.

There were a few ways to handle it -- none better than others, IMHO.

Wondering what you think @asnyder -- willing to look this over as a reviewer?
