Resolves "Add/review crs for maca_vic data" (move crs from coordinate to variable)

  • Deleted all crs coordinate mapping in the metadata (dataset can now be opened without decode_coords)
  • Fixed proj4 string to include lon_wrap since dataset is longitude 0-360
