Reprocessed the hawaii workflows because the lat/lons were missing in the previous zarr files. Since thredds is down, the raw files were copied over to hytest_scratch and the workflows had to be re-built to handle the local raw files. This involved merging the static_vars netcdf files with the data varaible files. CRS was added.

Closes #52 (closed) @dblodgett here are the reconfigured workflows for the hawaii 2008 wft datasets. Note I added crs so no need to do that. Files are currently transferring via globus.
