Process and docker update

@ptomasula_limno.com I've got my gdptools processes updated and I updated some of the docker related work in nox and containers. This is buildiing for me locally and I can run all the processes either with Swagger or through a notebook client. Oh and I've changed some of the containers to use native rather than artifactory version to speed up local development, we can change them back when we merge your branch into develop.
