Make more clear distinction between reference fabric and GFv20

The GFv20 workflow is currently described in a monolithic way. We need to clarify that there is a "reference fabric" output and a GFv20 output and work on publishing a release of the workflow outputs as such. This will be mostly documentation but will probably affect some of the output file structure.
