These should be the final changes to the HI workflow. Might want to consider renumbering 08_HI_Refactor to 05_HI_refactor

07_HI_NonDend workflow step-by-step varies by island, and may just end up being collection of the non-dend functions and descriptions of how they are applied to different islands.
