Hey Dave -

PC is finally stable enough to clone and push a bunch of stuff from the last two weeks.

The gist of it is: 1 - Added NID and Thermoelectric points to get data and POI/segment workflow 2 - Added capabilities to subet by VPU in a way you recommended last time we talked 3 - A first cut at merging adjacent POIs before hyRefactor

I will probably start an Issue tracker tomorrow with some of the "unresolved tasks" I'll listed on top of some of the scripts.
