Got Docker build functioning and tagged a version of the image. https://hub.docker.com/layers/dblodgett/gfv2/v0.1/images/sha256-ffa4dae3e23b3601ca1cc05d0c64ff8494773a479b4be06d26b2f6f433532684
This can now be run with docker-compose up from the gfv2 project directory and docker will pull down the image rather than building anything.
