The source project of this merge request has been removed.
Debugging hyRefactor workflow and adds lookup_table output.
After the workflow was all debugged, I removed a bunch of code and moved to well-tested functions in nhdplusTools and hyRefactor. Last thing done here is adding a lookup table for identifiers. Not heavily tested yet, but I think ready for merge.
