Unfortunately - I think alot of the stuff I pushed was superseded by Dave and Marilyns NHD COMID to Refactor ID tables (not that its a bad thing!). But I guess for better or worse in the end the POIs derived from the 'NHD_Navigate' will look more similar to the post-Refactor POIs. also added the lookup tables for waterbodies, and converted the POI IDs for NID, Thermo plants, and waterbodies to their unique structure of feature IDs and not just a 1/0.
