Number of additions/changes: 1 - new workbooks evaluating streamgage datasets and incorporation of coastal segments/zero-order coastal catchments 2 - Size thresholds and gage evaluation incorporated into NHD_Navigate 3 - A number of mods to some of the underlying functions in R/NHD_Navigate.R

Have a few other things to push, but will probably get to them tomorrow.
