Style changes/ non-contributing area work
Lot of stuff here Dave, but I highlighted the significant parts within the comments.
- Made large numbers of style changes to variable and function names (not commented in thread below)
- Moved environmental variable naming to NHD_navigate.R
- Improved functionality of Merge.Rmd
- Derived lookup tables for non-contributing and zero-order catchments
