Script to convert catalog with relative paths to catalog with full paths
Script to convert catalog with relative paths to catalog with full paths using relative2http_paths.py. Because the base url is different for internal_development, public_qa, and prod. There are three new folders representing the catalog for each of the three endpoints. Not very elegant but I'm not sure how else to do it at this point. I'll work with Erik to get the internal_dev a try.
