New example STAC entry for LOCA2 zarr stores; just created a STAC entry (collection) for the LOCA2 historical, monthly zarr store (being stored on OSN pod, right now) to review structure, compatibility with STAC until incorporating more of the LOCA2 zarr stores (daily, future, etc.).
