On 11/30/2023 Paul T, Erik W, and I attempted to debug the xpublish-builder deployment and found that the href of https://code.usgs.gov/wma/nhgf/stac/-/raw/main/catalog2/conus404-daily/conus404-daily.json is .../item.json, despite the json file name changed in previous commit 20868993f86df9e27f2d08eb450603439df8c488 a few months back.

I merely updated the href in conus404-daily.json (previously item.json) to match the updated pathing.
