add full cprep collection

Adding in all of the data from cprep. I decided to add each zarr collection inside a parent collection called cprep so the catalog wouldn't be cluttered with the 297 zarrs this includes. I removed the sample cprep dataset I had in the catalog before because it is now inside the cprep collection.
