Remove raindroptrace

Hopkins, Anders L requested to merge remove_raindroptrace into master

This merge removes the raindroptrace boolean input from the flowtrace function. This means that the raindrop path will always be returned, as long as the query point does not fall on a stream. Also, several unit tests have been added.
