Addressed Issue #54
Addressed Issue #54 (closed) by changing to from uiconfirm to uiprogressdlg dialog for launching GCP tool. Also updated geoRef1frame.m to comment out plotting code so that a "ghost" window won't pop up and disappear in the app.
