Addressed Issue #54
Addressed Issue #54 (closed) by changing to from uiconfirm to uiprogressdlg dialog for launching GCP tool. Also updated geoRef1frame.m to comment out plotting code so that a "ghost" window won't pop up and disappear in the app.
Maintenance scheduled for Thursday, April 25 from 5 PM to 6 PM ET.
