Fire-in-Ice SVG + behavior fixes

Description

• Made modifications to the SVGs for the regional fire and glacial scan visualizations.
• Changed the behavior of mouse over, out, and leave to change the behavior of the images in the glacial scan visualization.

Changes Made

• brackets changed to parentheses

• Juneau Ice Field to Juneau Icefield
• Green triangle to blue triangle

• Please check if the image behavior works on your end. Also, let me know if it makes sense.
• When you mouse over, it should show the image until either you choose another image or move your mouse outside the svg. This makes sense for desktop, but I'm not sure if this is how we want it to behave on mobile.
