This MR adds Kaysa and Elmera as Vizlab contributors.

How to Test

Pull changes locally, run npm run dev to preview the site in your browser. Confirm that Elmera and Kaysa have been added to the team section at the bottom of the main page, confirm that the hover interaction works and that Elmera's staff profile is linked.
