update alt text, s3 images

Archer, Althea Anne requested to merge alt-text-s3 into main

Fairly short update to improve the page a lot. This includes alt text for each page, and links to the s3 buckets that include each page layout. The page layouts are now pre-defined, so that we don't have to worry about the pngs floating oddly over the background images.
