Fix jenkins setup

Hayley Corson-Dosch requested to merge hcorson-dosch/trout_and_climate:fix_jenkins into main

This a small MR to:

  • Fix the jenkins credentials set up
  • Update the prefooter code link to point to the site of the future github repo

To review

  • Pull changes locally, run npm run dev check link in prefooter
  • Jenkins piece will need to be merged to be tested
