Cyoa narrative

This uses the CYOA framework, but incorporates the full story and updated graphics. Updated graphics are here.

Eventually, the speech bubbles could be shown on hover, rather than static, although right now it reads pretty easily with them showing. Feel free to merge after review, if approved.
