Restrucutre text

This restructures the text so it is contained in one json file. It is also using the same css structure across all sections, so we can simplify the page CSS more. I also modified some of the text and simplified the contributions for authors. I think those can be more general and we don't need to split hairs too much.

This should be merged after this MR is closed !16 (merged).

Note: this broke the tooltip. I am going to work on bringing that back in, but will do in a separate MR. I think it will be beneficial to merge this one in first so we can assess the overall story.
