Clean up hero

Cee Nell requested to merge hero-clean into main

Updates to the hero image:

  • softer black color
  • layering of full color images on black and white
  • randomly placed circle masks show the color through the black and white image
  • mask circles randomly move around
  • title and subtitle text wrapping and sizing for mobile

This is the ideas I had with the bubbles. The effect is ultimately sort of anticlimatic and I'm not sure it's adding much value.

Changing "transparent" to "black" on line 27 in VizTitle.vue modifies the animation so the black and white photo doesn't show up at all, replaced with a black background. It's also easier to see the animation, if my above explanation doesn't make sense.
