Make beeswarm mobile friendly

Cee Nell requested to merge mobile-bees into main

These edits improve the mobile experience of the beeswarm:

  • changes chart height to be slightly taller
  • moves tooltip to below the beeswarm chart, adjust aesthetics
  • uses a width of 700 as the theshold for mobile devices
  • lets chart take greater page width when on desktop screens
