edit narrative text and add intersectionality image

I edited the narrative text per our conversation yesterday. The flow is quite a bit different from the version on the main branch--I had to delete some sections and paragraphs, but I think those were already deleted in the version we looked at yesterday. Hopefully that doesn't make things too messy for you. I also straightened the water insecurity landscape image (it was crooked) and added a possible image for the intersectionality section at the bottom of the page.
