minor text edits, remove duplicate paragraph after case studies, add interlacing to hero image

I made some minor text changes to the text.js file and removed paragraph 7 of the mapText in both the text.js file and the Maps.vue file (paragraph 7 was repetitive with paragraph 3 of the metaAnalysisText). I also added interlacing to the hero image, at the recommendation of Althea, to speed up loading times.
