1. modified beeswarm y-axis to display % labels

4. Update % disabled map to draw out the variation more (no county goes beyond 50% disabled)

10. Updated beeswarm sizing (after testing with Mandie) to slightly fit better PC laptop display. Also, to stick with the same explainer on top style as the dendrogram, I went ahead and moved the besswarm legend on top the beeswarm but left the long explanatory info about the chart below the chart.
