This MR

  • fixes the text alignment in the WIP banner
  • fixes a typo in the WIP banner
  • adds the WIP banner to the test site in addition to beta
  • commits the updated 'package-lock.json' file following the addition of vue-i18n actually changes are due to version update in 'package.json'
  • fixes lint errors in the repo
