oops meant to call branch edit-map-capt - either way, these commits remove the captions below the maps and retains the alt text that match the captions

  • I edited the introduction text from: This scene may sound unimaginable, but this is the unfortunate reality for many Americans. to This scene may sound hard to believe, but inadequate access to clean water is the unfortunate reality for many Americans. to drop the mention of unimaginable. This was done for English and Spanish version (I messaged Paola to get that translation).
