Observatory methods entry point

Processing scripts are currently being updated to operate on a one-call basis using a filtering entry point. Non-filtering scripts need to be simplified in the same fashion. The entry point will need to run the following algorithms for adjusted data.

• Adjusted
• SqDist
• Average

It will also need to run these algorithms for variation data(excluding Adjusted).
