Update default cwb hostname to edgecwb.usgs.gov

edgecwb.usgs.gov is a new hostname that resolves to either cwbpub.cr.usgs.gov or another redundant cwb server, and should replace cwbpub.cr.usgs.gov where hardcoded in the library.

Assigning this to @swilbur, who is currently working on other geomag-algorithms factories. Some items to consider:

• updating the default server for the "edge" factory (that is, the wrapper to obspy's earthworm client) should be easy...just replace cwbpub or cwbpub.cr with edgecwb.
• for the "miniseed" factory, we need to:
  • confirm that appropriate ports are accessible on the public servers cwbpub.cr.usgs.gov and cwbp2.cr.usgs.gov
  • address the fact that on these public servers, Geomag's miniseed ports are not the default, which are dedicated to seismic data...this could get a little tricky, and may not even be possible given how geomag-algorithms' Controller options are processed.
• I don't believe the (imminent) addition of an "iris" factory will be impacted by this change, but please confirm this.

ON EDIT: the miniseed factory problem is actually a little more complicated than I originally thought, so I'm removing it from this issue comment. It will come up again soon, no doubt, and will warrant a new issue of its own.
