Geomag.py/geomag-py's server should default to edgecwb.usgs.gov

Geomag.py/geomag-py's server currently defaults to cwbpub.cr.usgs.gov but should default to edgecwb.usgs.gov so that it takes advantage of future load balancing/failover capabilities of edgecwb. Most users probably don't know to change their server to cwpb2 or edgecwb when cwbpub fails. Some quick testing shows that edgefactory currently works with edge_url = "edgecwb.usgs.gov".
