Fix *SNCL.py for variation HEZ data

This minor fix addresses the situation where one might ask for a valid channel like H_Dist or H_SQ. If we did that, we definitely want an Edge/MiniSeed Factory to look for a channel code that has "H" in the last position, and not "U". Only when a user requests "H" by itself should it get mapped to "U".

Looks good to me! Adding some quick tests would add some peace of mind to confirm this works as expected and to make sure it doesn't break in the future.
