Fix *SNCL.py for variation HEZ data

This minor fix addresses the situation where one might ask for a valid channel like H_Dist or H_SQ. If we did that, we definitely want an Edge/MiniSeed Factory to look for a channel code that has "H" in the last position, and not "U". Only when a user requests "H" by itself should it get mapped to "U".
