CPS install updates, link and bugfixes, and CI integration

This MR adds a script which makes CPS install more automated. This install script is also runnable on CI, so now our CI pipeline tests the CPS install and GF generation.

Closes #35 (closed), #37 (closed), and #43 (closed).
