Small edits to function inputs/structures

This MR addresses several of Joe's comments regarding function inputs and plot accessibility: #101 (closed), #102 (closed), #103 (closed), #104 (closed).

In particular, it syncs up the input names across percentile and utils functions to improve consistency, changes some function names related to rolling averages, adjusts the similarity matrices to have the same color sequence associated with more/less similar, and makes a colorblind friendly color palette the default for streamflow duration hydrographs. It also addresses a few typos.
